<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of estimating living fleshy substance objectively, scientifically, inexpensively, quickly and easily, while beef cattle are alive. SOLUTION: This estimation method of the living fleshy substance is a method for estimating the living fleshy substance while beef cattle are alive. The method is characterized by measuring the living surface of the beef cattle by using an adipometer by a near-infrared spectroanalysis system, to estimate the fleshy substance from the measured value. The individual evaluation method of the living beef cattle is characterized by using this estimation method of living fleshy substance, and the fattening method of the beef cattle is characterized by using the individual evaluation method of the living beef cattle.</p> |
