PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal manufacturing machine which can manufacture seals having a high additive value. SOLUTION: The seals are taken out of a seal roll 101 and are printed with the images obtained by photographing persons by a printing head 103. The die cutting of the seals is thereafter carried out by a die cutting machine 105 and the unnecessary seals are taken up from a seal mount by a take-up reel 107. The remaining seals are subjected to potting to cure a polyurethane resin in a build-up stage on the surfaces of the seals by a potting agent dispenser 111.
