PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that there has been no way but unifying the types of plugs or manually opening other types of automated plugs despite the possibility of infection when automating plug opening mechanisms as the plug opening mechanisms adapt to a fixed type of plugs for blood collecting tubes in a specimen pretreating system. SOLUTION: By simultaneously incorporating the plug opening mechanisms each for a rubber plug type and seal plug type in one specimen pretreating system, it is possible to solve the problems. As it is possible to open different types of plugs of blood collecting tubes in the one specimen pretreating system by the solving means, it is possible for workmen to avoid the possibility of infection as well as work with high efficiency.
