PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction confirming device for an automatic level, capable of easily confirming the normal operating state of a correction device of the automatic level by looking into a collimation port. SOLUTION: In this correction confirming device for the automatic level 1, a device frame body 15 of the correction device 10 of the automatic level 1 is provided with a regulating terminal 19 for regulating the correction range of a correction pendulum body 13, and the correction pendulum body 13 is provided with a limiting pin 19. A correction confirming switch mechanism is constituted so that when the inclination of the automatic level 1 falls within the correction range, the limiting pin 19 is positioned at the intermediate part of the regulating terminal 20 to light a blue lamp, provided in the visual field of the collimation port and that when the inclination exceeds the correction range, the limiting pin 19 is positioned at the end of the regulating terminal 20 so as to light a red lamp provided in the visual field of the collimation port.
