PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let in light inside a room while ensuring privacy without reducing the inside area of the room. SOLUTION: Connection parts 2a, 2b for an upper beam Sa and an upper end Pa of a blind pannel P that partitions an opening S of a building member into the inside and the outside are provided at a lateral sash part 2 having a transparent pannel 4 and being positioned between the upper beam Sa and the blind pannel P. Connection parts 3a, 3b for a column Sb and a blind pannel side edge Pb are provided at a vertical sash part 3 having a translucent pannel 5 and being positioned between the column Sb and the blind pannel P. The lateral and vertical sash parts 2, 3 are connected continuously.
