PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefaction measures construction method of the ground being performable in a limited space, reducing restriction on execution work, exhibiting a sure effect by improving the ground under an existing structure and having little influence on the surrounding ground and an underground water system. SOLUTION: Both side surfaces of a banking structure S1 are closed by a impervious wall 1, and cylindrical bodies 2a and 2b having a required opening hole part, the cross-sectional area and the length are buried inside by the prescribed number. While pumping up underground water from the cylindrical body 2a in the vicinity of the water-barrier wall 1 among these bodies, a ground improving material such as cement milk is injected from the cylindrical body 2b buried in a top end position of the structure S1 to thereby form a flow F of the underground water turning to the impervious wall 1 from the top end of the structure S1. The injected ground improving material permeates through the ground under the structure S1. The ground improving material is hardened or gelatinized with the lapse of time to improve the ground under the structure S1 as the stronger ground having large liquefaction strength.
