PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hat giving cool feeling to a wearing person and making a person who looks at the hat feel beautifulness and satisfaction of mind by drawing a pattern or picture of a flower or a pattern or picture of a bird on the hat using the air-ventilation window and an inner hat part shielding the direct sunshine penetrating the outer hat. SOLUTION: The inner hat 4 has a brim 6 and an air-ventilation hole 5 which does not come into line with the air-ventilation window 3 of the outer hat 1. The objective hat is produced by putting the outer hat 1 on the inner hat 4. The outer hat 1 has the air-ventilation window 3 and an outer hat brim 2.
