PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UV-setting pressure-sensitive adhesive forming an appropriately adhesive layer when applied to a substrate sheet surface and thereby imparting excellent adhesiveness to the toner to be entered later into the adhesive layer, and a pressure-sensitive printing sheet using the adhesive agent. SOLUTION: Contained in the 100 pts.wt. of the base material of the UV- setting pressure-sensitive adhesive are 10-30 pts.wt. of an acrylic photopolymerizable monomer having a phenyl group in its molecular structure and 20-50 pts.wt. of an acrylic photopolymerizable oligomer, with the total of the monomer and the oligomer being 50 pts.wt. or more.
