发明名称 INFLUENZA VIRUS TYPE IDENTIFYING AND DISCRIMINATING METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for identifying and discriminating the type of viruses by analyzing the interaction between influenza viruses and receptor sugar chains by a resonance mirror method. SOLUTION: The method for identifying and discriminating the type of influenza viruses includes processes: (a) to fix receptor sugar chains to influenza viruses in the cuvette of a resonance mirror device, (b) to bring an influenza virus specimen into reaction with the receptor sugar chains, (c) to express resonance angle changes which occur due to the binding between the receptor sugar chains and influenza viruses in a binding curve, and (d) to monitor the response intensity. By this method, it is possible to accurately identify and discriminate the type of influenza viruses with which patients are infected with a very small amount (of the order ofμM or less) of samples for a short time of a unit of minutes.
