PURPOSE: A multi-channel optical transmitting apparatus and an optical communication module adopted in the same are provided to simplify an optical transmission cable and decrease the number of an optical fiber by transmitting an optical signal of a multi-channel to a single optical fiber. CONSTITUTION: An optical transmitting module(40) has the first substrate(51) and first and second luminescent elements(41,45) installed on the first substrate(51) for radiating lights with an inter-different wavelength region. An optical fiber(61) transmits the light radiated in the optical transmitting module(40). An optical receiving module(70) has the second substrate(91) and first and second light-receiving units(71,75) for classifying the lights radiated from the first and second luminescent elements(41,45) and receiving the classified light.
