PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of producing a pyridine derivative useful as an intermediate for medicinal agents, agrochemicals, electrophotographic photoreceptors, dyes, etc., without using an expensive catalyst and a specific facility in an industrial scale, further precisely, provide a method for producing a position-specific pyridine derivative generating no pollution problem and having high purity in high yield at a low cost. SOLUTION: This method for producing a pyridine derivative comprises a process for reacting a specific carbonyl compound with a specific 3- aminoacrolein. |
