PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the traveling performance of vehicle equal to that before the abnormal condition is generated even if an abnormality is generated in the vehicle-inside communication between a first electronic control device for controlling a clutch for transmitting and cutting off the engine power to be transmitted to a driving shaft and a second electronic control device for taking the information of the vehicle condition, computing a command for transmission or cut so as to give it to the first electronic control device. SOLUTION: In the case where an abnormality is generated in the vehicle- inside communication between a clutch control device 8 and a general control device 13, the clutch condition is sent from the clutch control device 8 to the general control device 13 through a first signal line 14, and the general control device 13 computes a command for transmission or cut of the clutch, and this command value is sent from the general control device 13 to the clutch control device 8 through a second signal line 15.
