FIBER WEB HAVING FLEXIBILITY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the smoothness (touch feeling) and moist feeling (wet feeling) of a fiber web. SOLUTION: A surfactant and polyhydric alcohols in proportions of 0.01-50% based on the dry weight of a fiber web material respectively are impregnated into the fiber web having 10-65 g/m2 unit weight based on the standard of 20 deg.C temperature and 65% RH humidity.
