PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid supply device which can stabilize the temperature and combusting conditions of an incinerator, improve the incineration melting efficiency of treating materials, reduce running cost of the incinerator and reduce the amount of unburned toxic gas generated in the incinerator, by stably supplying solids to the incinerator. SOLUTION: The device has solid supply means 210, 220 and 230 for taking out and supply a given amount of granular solids A, B and C from silos 110, 120, and 130, respectively, for storing granularly ground solids, ducts 401, 402 and 403 for solids extending to an incinerator (rotary kiln) 900, which communicate with air ducts 411, 421 and 431, respectively, which further communicate with blowers 301 and 302 capable of generating pressurized air, and solid supply ducts 413, 423 and 433 which connect the solid supply means with the solid ducts. The granular solids from the means 210, 220 and 230 are transferred to the incinerator 900 with the pressurized air from the blowers 301 and 302 through the ducts 401, 402 and 403.
