PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the remodeling of the peripheral equipment and facility of an HRSG as much as possible by arranging the equipment and facility in such a way that no temporarily removed facility occurs by taking the removed of a panel into consideration at the time of replacing the panel with a new panel. SOLUTION: The peripheral equipment and facility of the HRSG are concentrately arranged on one side face of an HRSG casing 10 and no equipment nor facility is arranged on the other side face of the casing 10 in the removal allowance for the panel 7. In addition, the other side face of the casing 10 is constituted so that an opening for removing a heat exchanger 7 may be made through the side face. Consequently, the replacement of the heat exchanger 7 can be performed economically without removing temporarily the equipment nor facility including external accessory pipelines.
