PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative supply device for a powder capable of supplying easily consolidative powders stably and continuously without catching. SOLUTION: This quantitative supply device 10 is provided with a hopper 16 and a rotating table feeder 18. The hopper 16 is provided with an aeration means 42 comprising a fine porous air permeable lining 30 to perform aeration to powders in the hopper 16. The powders aerated are dropped to the rotating table feeder 18 smoothly. The rotating table feeder 18 for supplying the powders is provided with a measuring rotor 58 rotating around a vertical axis. The measuring rotor 58 rotates vertically to a powder supplying direction from the hopper 16. Thus, catching of powders can be prevented.
