SOLUTION: A steering reduction gear mechanism is composed of a pinion gear 57 fixed to a steering handle 14 and a sector gear 52 meshing with the pinion gear 57, the sector gear 52 is arranged on a transmission case 9, and a front wheel arranged in the lower part of the transmission case 9 is steered by receiving power transmission from the sector gear 52.
