PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly weathering and delustering sealant composition capable of forming a highly weathering cured sealant surface stably low in luster even after storage without impairing the fundamental performance necessary for sealant. SOLUTION: This highly weathering and delustering sealant composition comprises (A) a crosslinkable silyl group-containing organic polymer, (B) a photocurable compound, (C) a compound capable of forming a primary and/or secondary amine when reacted with water, and optionally, furthermore, (D) a crosslinking catalyst, (E) antioxidant and/or ultraviolet light absorber, (F) an additive and (G) balloons >=100μm in average size.
