PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the grade of a finished booklet by sharply forming a fold line of the booklet in pressing and clamping a two-folded sheet by a pair of pressure rollers to manufacture the booklet. SOLUTION: In this sheet folding device for forming a fold line is formed at the central part in the transport direction of the bundle of sheet by a pair of folding rollers 67A, 67B and an ejector plate 66A, and then further forcibly applying a fold line for the bundle S of sheet by one pair of pressure rollers 69A, 69B, the rotating shafts of the paired pressure rollers 69A, 69B are disposed at a designated angleθto the direction orthogonal to the sheet bundle transport direction.
