PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric sheet surely carrying the sufficient amount of inorganic powder so as to effectively exhibit the excellent function of the inorganic powder without impairing both the flexibility and air permeability inherent in nonwoven fabric sheet. SOLUTION: This nonwoven fabric sheet S is provided with a meshy sheet layer 10 consisting of a nonwoven fabric or the like coated with an inorganic powder-containing coating agent and non-meshy nonwoven fabric layers 20 and 30 provided respectively on both sides of the meshy sheet layer 10, and the respective layers 10, 20 and 30 are compoundedly unified together by water jet treatment. The meshy sheet layer 10 is hard to get rigid even if it carrys a large amount of the inorganic powder, enabling its air permeability to be retained as well, and both the non-meshy nonwoven fabric layers 20 and 30 serve to prevent the inorganic powder from being exposed or dropping off and make skin touch better.
