PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that air supply efficiency lowers because components projecting into a case disturbs air supplied from an air outlet. SOLUTION: In a wind direction adjuster where a plurality of wind direction adjusting blades 3 are supported rotatably at an air outlet 2 opened in a case 1 and the wind direction adjusting blades 3 are interlocked through a link 4, one of shaft parts 3c, 3d projecting from the opposite ends of the wind direction adjusting blade 3 is fitted in a fixing hole 1b opened in the side plate 1a of the case 1 and the shaft part 3c is stopped at the bearing part 4b of the link 4 fitted such that the forward end on the outside of the case 1 does not project into the case 1. Since a component disturbing the flow of air supplied from the air outlet 2 does not projects into the case 1, air supply efficiency can be enhanced.
