PURPOSE: A system for managing a desire using the Internet and a method for managing thereof are provided to manage a personal memorial day using a calendar function and to manage a desire list including contents of a wanted gift to be received on a specific date by recording the list on each date of a calendar. CONSTITUTION: A personal server(10) is connected to the Internet by a member. A friend server(18) is connected to the Internet by a friend. An electronic paying server(20) performs a certification when an approval with respect to an electronic payment is requested through the Internet. A selling place server(14) is managed by a selling company and receives ordering information through the Internet. A delivering system(12) delivers a commodity to the member by the selling company when purchase information is received through the Internet. A desiring mall(16) manages a homepage in a web site provided through the Internet, manages a desiring list including a memorial day of the member and information of a user-wanted commodity. If the desiring list is transmitted to a friend server and the friend pays the cost, the desiring mall(16) requests an approval of an electronic payment to the electronic paying server and purchase information and ordering information to the delivering system(12) and the selling place server(14), respectively.
