PURPOSE: A guiding apparatus having an information broadcasting function is provided to perform a self-diagnosis by providing guide information needed for all people to public facilities and transmitting public information items of the facilities and common knowledge items to the public facilities. CONSTITUTION: A signal analyzer(420) analyzes a signal received trough a switch and provides the analyzed result to a system control device(400). A power supply unit(405) is connected with the system control device(400) for supplying the power to a system. A system setting unit(410) is connected with the system control device(400). A data storing device(450) receives information regarding a data change, a time change, and a self-diagnosis from the system setting unit(410) through the system control device(400) and stores received information. A data display device displays data according to information of the data storing device(450).
