PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make measuring point assigning work efficient substantially, without impeding the degrees of photographing freedom in photogrammetry. SOLUTION: Objects OB1-11, which are the reduced images of all images, are displayed on a monitor screen of this photogrammetric image processor, and these objects are edited to determine pairs. A pair display area GDA and a temporary refuge display area TMPA are set on the monitor screen. Two objects, that can form a pair, are displayed horizontally side by side in the pair display area GDA, and each pair is displayed in the vertical order from the upper side. The object OB3 unrelated to the pair takes refuge in the temporary refuge display area TMPA. Two objects, arranged horizontally side by side, are determined as a left image or a right image on the basis of the relative position relation of a photographing point to a target. The left image object is displayed in a left image display area LDA, and the right image object is displayed in a right image display area RDA.
