PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat conveying device improving the capability of conveying heat in a simple constitution and displaying predetermined heat conveying performance regardless of the operating posture of a container. SOLUTION: This device comprises a heat conveying pipe 1 having a cross-sectional area that is small enough for the liquid phase 3a of a hydraulic fluid 3 sealed inside a container to block the section of the container by a surface tension and a reservoir 2 that is large enough to the entire inside capacity of the heat conveying pipe. The hydraulic fluid 3 is made so that two phases of a gas and a liquid coexist inside the container, and at least the inside of the heat conveying pipe 1 is filled with the liquid phase 3a of the hydraulic fluid.
