PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device for agricultural and stock farm products which is capable of improving the evenness of drying condition as well as a drying efficiency and capable of simplifying the work of drying treatment. SOLUTION: This drying device for agricultural and stock farm products, drying the object which are changed into powder bodies by the drying treatment is provided with a drying unit D for receiving the objects of drying treatment, a mixing means M for mixing the objects of drying treatment which are received in the drying unit D, a hot air supplying means S for supplying hot air into the lower part of the drying unit D, and a separating and recovering means C for separating from the hot air the already treated powder body discharged out of the upper part of the drying unit D by the hot air when the drying treatment is finished and collecting the material.
