PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microtube type heat exchanger employing corrugated fins in which heat exchanging performance is prevented from lowering by removing dews adhering to the surface of the heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In a microtube type heat exchanger employing corrugated fins, guide plates 31 are arranged in contact with corrugated fins 33 on the downstream side of supply air flow 32. Dews adhering to the surface of the heat exchanger 30 flow on the supply air flow 32 to the downstream side and adhere to the guide plates 31 thence freely fall gravitationally thus preventing heat exchanging performance from lowering.
