SILICON-CONTAINING DENDRIMER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a silicon-containing dendrimer in a highly branched structure having an amino group, an N-amino group or a hydroxy group at the terminal of the molecular chain, and further to provide a method for efficiently producing the dendrimer. SOLUTION: This silicon-containing dendrimer is represented by formula 1 in which X or Y at the terminal of the molecular chain is H and exemplified by formula 2. The method for producing the dendrimer is also provided.
