PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition which can obtain rubber articles by diffusing the substances included in the rubber composition in accordance with the temperature to be given to the rubber composition to accelerate vulcanization and to shorten the vulcanization rate when the rubber composition is processed and vulcanized, and its production method. SOLUTION: The rubber composition comprises particulates having, as the cores, inorganic porous particles on which an amine compound represented by formula (1) (wherein R1, R2, and R3 are each hydrogen or a 1-22C alkyl group and R1, R2, and R3 in the molecule are the same or different from each other) is adsorbed or which are impregnated with the amine compound and the cores being coated with a resin composition obtained by mixing a resin having a melting point of >=140 deg.C with a metallic magnetic powder.
