PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail bracket of an elevator capable of damping and restraining vibration propagated from a guide rail to a hoistway wall of the elevator without requiring an elastic body and a vibration absorbing member in addition to the rail bracket. SOLUTION: A bent part 1c of the rail bracket formed substantially into an L-shape by a steel plate is formed to have a bending radius three times as large as the thickness of the steel plate.
