PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothed transmission belt which reduces the irregular engagement speed attributable to the engagement vibration of the teeth of the belt with tooth grooves of a toothed pulley. SOLUTION: In the toothed transmission belt in which a belt body formed of a polyurethane elastomer has teeth on an inner surface at the spaces with a predetermined pitch, and has an embedded tension body, the polyurethane elastomer contains a lubricant (preferably, glyceride fatty acid), has the JIS A hardness of 70-80, and the coefficient of dynamic friction of the tooth flank is <=0.5.
