A second clutch disk assembly 8 has a second friction connecting part 22 arranged close to the second friction surface 6b, and can transmit the torque to a second input shaft 4. Clutch operating mechanism 9, 10 are installed in the friction connecting member 6, and can separately connect the first friction connecting part 21 and the second friction connecting part 22 to the friction connecting member 6 and can release the connection thereof. A damper mechanism 41 directly connects the clutch operating mechanism 9, 10 to the crank shaft 2 elastically in the rotating direction.
