PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction structure for a reinforced concrete column and a steel beam capable of improving concrete fillability improving rigidity and proof strength of a junction part between the reinforced concrete column and the steel beam, and improving construction workability and economy. SOLUTION: An outer circumferential side surface 1a of a beam junction part of a reinforced concrete column 1 is enclosed by a short steel pipe 2 for junction of a beam, and a steel beam 3 is jointed with the short steel pipe 2 through a beam joint member 4. The short steel pipe 2 to the beam joint member 4 and the beam joint member 4 to the steel beam 3 are jointed not by welding but by high strength bolts 5, 6.
