PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the construction, reduce the cost and decrease the power consumption. SOLUTION: At the time of cooling the inside of a toilet room, an air blower 31 is operated, a heater 34 is stopped, and an electromagnetic valve applying a water pressure to a spray nozzle 38 through a water supply tube 39 is opened. As a result, air is blown out from an air diffuser 36 by the air blower through an air duct 32, and finely grained water is supplied from the spray nozzle to the air duct 32. Air passing through the air duct 32 becomes cold air by the heat of vaporization of granulated water and exhausted from the diffuser 36. Water dripped without vaporization is drained to the inside of the water closet by the deadweight from a drain hole 41 through a drain tube 40.
