PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray which is not bulky when being folded up and can be put into a bag easily and from which impurities such as dusts can be taken out with ease. SOLUTION: The tray is in a formed approximately modified octagon formed of a bottom panel (11), first and second side-forming panels (12, 13) each comprising two pieces, and third side-forming panels (14) comprising four pieces. Tray side panels formed by erecting the first side-forming panels, tray side panels formed by erecting the second side-forming panels diagonally outward and tray side panels formed by erecting the third side-forming panels diagonally inward are respectively constructed. When the first side-forming panels are folded down onto the bottom panel, the second side-forming panels are extended toward the outside by working of the third side-forming panels and become substantially flush with the bottom panel.
