PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage connecting pipe which can connect a drainage pipe and sanitary equipment together even if the connecting dimension between the same is short, and has sufficient follow-up capability obtained by making the most of the feature of a flexible soft member, and to provide a drainage connecting structure. SOLUTION: The drainage connecting pipe which connects the drainage pipe and the sanitary equipment together, is formed of the flexible soft member and a rigid connecting member different from the soft member. The soft member includes an inward extending pleated portion at least at one end thereof, and the connecting member includes a pipe portion connected to the drainage pipe or the sanitary equipment, and an outward extending flange portion. The flange portion is surrounded by the pleated portion of the soft member. Further, according to the drainage connecting structure for connecting the drainage pipe and the sanitary equipment together by using the drainage connecting pipe, the pipe portion of the connecting member is inserted into the drainage pipe or a connecting portion of the sanitary equipment, to thereby rigidly bond the connecting member to the drainage pipe or to the sanitary equipment.
