SOLUTION: A plurality of lenses 2 respectively provided with a pair of lens faces 20a, 20b and a holder part 1 connecting the lenses 2 mutually and having first and second faces 10b, 10a at intervals in the optical axis directions of respective lenses 2 are integrally formed of a translucent synthetic resin. At the same time, a plurality of recessing parts 3 positioned between each of the lenses 2 are formed on the first face 10b of the holder part 1 and each lens 2 is formed as a plano-convex or a plano-concave lens with the lens face 20b close to the first face 10b being made planar.
