<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-heating device with high heat transfer rate and improved safety. SOLUTION: A cylindrical base 3 for circulating liquid inside, a plurality of conductive films 7 that are formed on the outer surface of the base 3, a resistance film 9 that is formed on the outer surface of the base 3 and heats liquid in the base 3 by generating a voltage and hence heat while being connected to a plurality of conductive films 7, a plurality of terminals 17 that are connected to a plurality of conductive films at a region where no resistance film 9 is formed, and a protection layer 11 that is formed on the conductive films 7 and the resistance film 9 are provided.</p> |
