PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax the concentration of the stress to a base end part of a cylindrical surface part 19a provided at an end of an outer ring 6, and to fit a tone wheel 14a on this cylindrical surface part 19a with an appropriate fastening margin (fitting strength). SOLUTION: A base end part of cylindrical surface part 19a is provided with a taper surface part 24 a little inclined in a direction for reducing the outer diameter as it comes close to the base end. As a result, concentration of the stress of a clearance groove formed in the base end of the cylindrical surface part 19a can be relaxed. Furthermore, since the diameter of a tip part of the cylindrical surface part 19a is elastically deformed a little in a direction for reducing the diameter by a control ring 20a for reinforcing the outer ring 6, a fastening margin between the cylindrical surface part 19a and the tone wheel 14a is uniformly formed in the axial direction. A fastening margin between the cylindrical surface part 19a and the tone wheel 14a is thereby easily regulated to the appropriate value. |
