OUTFLOW CONDITION MONITORING METHOD AND FLOW RATE DETECTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a technique which enables estimation of the leakage of a large flow rate hard to distinguish from the consumption state in large consuming equipment. SOLUTION: An outflow condition monitoring method is for monitoring the outflow condition of a fluid in an inner pipe 16 for guiding a fluid to consuming equipment 13. It is so arranged as to enable altering of the pressure of the fluid in the inner pipe 16 while allowing the detection of changes in the flow rate of the fluid flowing into the inner pipe 16. The following processes are executed: the pressure altering process to alter the pressure of the fluid in the inner pipe 16, the flow rate detection process to detect changes in the flow rate of the fluid before and after the altering of the pressure of the fluid in the inner pipe 16 in the pressure altering process and the judging process to judge the spillage condition of the fluid in the inner pipe 16 from how the flow rate changes as detected in the flow rate detection process.
