PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent new-smooth winding and rewinding due to an acute angle formed by each cover piece forming a cover. SOLUTION: Plural cover piece 25 are connected through hinges 26 to form a cover 24, and triangular-shaped angle setting parts 25c are formed on the cover pieces 25. Restraining members 27 for restraining reduction of the angles formed by each angle setting part 25c are installed rotatably around the hinges 26 between each cover piece 25.
