PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new conical mixing dryer whose installation space in the heightwise direction especially can be small and which is capable of providing the layout of auxiliary machines or the like with flexibility. SOLUTION: In the device effecting either one or a plurality of processings among the mixing, crushing and drying by a rotary blade 10 equipped in the processing tank 2 having a reversed conical shape, the discharging port 15 of processed matter W in the processing tank 2 is formed on the side wall of the same tank whereby the total height of the device can be shortened even while securing the mixing space of the processed matter W sufficiently.
