PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge feeder which has long durability and can readily perform combustion by shredding sludge. SOLUTION: A sludge feeder 1 for shredding sludge and feeding it to an incinerator 2 is provided with a guide pipe 8 for guiding the sludge, at least one parting member 18, which stems from the inner wall of the guide pipe 8, for parting and shredding the sludge, and a screw 14 for transferring the sludge toward the parting member 18. When the guide pipe 8 is connected to the incinerator 2, the sludge is transferred to the parting member 18 by the screw 14, parted and shredded by the parting member 18, and the shredded sludge is fed to the incinerator 2.
