PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partitioning panel preventing a screw from being exposed on an end face and attaching and detaching a desired fringe member freely on the end face. SOLUTION: An end face rail 3 is fixed on an end part of a panel main body 2 by a screw, an undercut locking part, namely, a pair of slide locking parts 3d provided by opposing inward so as to slide-engage are provided outside of the end face rail, and a pair of pressure-fitting locking parts 3e provided by opposing outward are provided outside of them. The fringe member 4 having slide engaging parts 4a, 4a of a projecting bar 4b slide-engaged with the slide locking parts 3d is slide-engaged and fixed, and a fringe member 5 having a pressure-fitting engaging part 5a engageable with the pressure-fitting locking parts 3e, 3e is pressed and engaged.
