PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partitioning device capable of pivotally fixing a partitioning panel so as to store it easily in a storage part and move it and being installed at any desired place in a room. SOLUTION: A caster 7 is mounted on each panel 2A so as to prevent the interference in a panel folded-down condition to form a connection panel 2. Its one side end is pivotally fixed on an inner side on a rear face of a box body 1 to fold down, store, and pull out freely from a front face of the box body, and a caster 4 is mounted on a bottom frame of the box body to move the partitioning device freely. A door 6 in which an inward folding part 6b is pivotally fixed at a tip of a main door 6a is installed on the front face of the box body to block the front face. A support rod 9 having a lifting mechanism and fixing parts 9d, 9e protruding vertically in the box body is mounted on an inner side of a side face of the box body to fix the panel on a ceiling and a floor.
