PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet type carrier capable of efficiently carrying slurry by use of a pump. SOLUTION: This wet type carrier 10 has a storage tank 11 storing the slurry including a liquid and granular matter to be carried, a swirl stir chamber 13 provided in a lower part of the storage tank 11 communication with the storage tank 11 and stirring the slurry descending from the storage tank 11 by a swirl flow, an injection port 17 provided in the swirl stir chamber 13 injecting the liquid into the swirl stir chamber 13 to generate the swirl flow, a swirl flow pump 29 connected to the injection port 17 force-feeding the liquid generating the swirl flow into the injection port, a discharge port 19 discharging the slurry stirred inside the swirl stir chamber 13, and the slurry pump 21 connected to the discharge port 19, sucking and force-feeding the slurry inside the swirl stir chamber 13.
