The busbar system has four parallel bars housed within U shaped conduits. Neutral teeth (n) and one phase tooth (P1,P2,P3) are brought out successively along the busbar system so that equipment such as circuit breakers may be plugged in as required. The bars are separated by void zones (12) at cutting planes between equipment stations and supported by solid areas at the stations .
