PURPOSE: Provided are a small mobile reactor/pyrolysis furnace with the distillation tower which extracts gasoline and diesel oil from waste plastic and waste oil and the method to recover the fuel. CONSTITUTION: The equipment and the recovery process have the following steps of: pulverizing waste plastics by the pulverizer on the signal by the control cabinet (ST-1); introducing pulverized plastic to reactor through input cylinder by a conveyer controlled by control cabinet (ST-2); dissolving and heating the waste plastics by heat source through furnace(ST-3); pyrolyzing 0-25% waste oil and 100-75% waste plastics in reactor(ST-4), extracting the mixed gas in the reactor(ST-5) and sending the extracted gas to distillation tower and fractionally distilling in the tower(ST-6); storing gasoline and diesel fuel extracted by extraction valve into each gasoline storage tank and diesel storage tank(ST-7); sludge and residue, by-product of the pyrolysis in the combustion furnace being dropped into sludge eliminating tank and being eliminated by it (ST-8); recovering the residues by converting them to cokes and using as fuel for combustion furnace(ST-9); being used certain portion of gas as fuel source to balance the pressure of liquid gasoline existing at the bottom of the distillation tower and in the whole system. (ST-10); putting diesel oil flowing from the side of distillation tower into heat exchanger in the cooling water box, condensing and filling into diesel oil tank(ST-11).
