PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection pannel and an angle control member used therefor, wherein the pannel is easy to turn or rotate and capable of obtaining a static condition stable for every specified angle. SOLUTION: Angle control members 5, each of which has a polygonal wall 5c, are fitted to a pannel end, and thereby the walls 5c are exposed at each of tips of pannels 1, 1. The walls 5c are mutually brought into contact, and the pannels 1, 1 are connected and installed turnably or rotatably. The rotatable connection is made such that both pannels ends are simultaneously wound in an X shape and held by both a bendable belt 4 in which an engaging end 4a at one end is fixed to one surface side of one of the pannels 1, 1 while an engaging end 4a at the outer end is fixed to the opposite surface side of the other pannel 11 and a bendable belt 5 which are fixed on the reverse side thereto.
