SOLUTION: The setting retarder for gypsum contains an N-acyloligopeptide and/or its salt obtained by the amidation of the amino groups on the N-terminal and the side chain of a peptide with a dibasic acid anhydride (α,'-dicarboxylic acid anhydride) as active ingredient. |
